The ability to manage your class or course is an optional extra feature on SOHTech.
You can configure the signup feature in the following ways:
On the settings tab you can configure the following:
- If you want to be alerted each time someone signs up to a class or course enter your email address into the Send Signups To field.
- If you want participants to be alerted that they have signed up then tick the Send Confirmation box and alter the Confirmation Email ensuring that you preserve the substitution tokens that provide the dynamic content, as required.
- If you want the participant to be sent a reminder email in advance of the course or class, then tick the Send Reminder box and select the number of days in advance.
- If you want to set a limit to the number of people who enrol you can do that as well.
On the Add tab, you can add participants to the class or course yourself.
On the Signup Broadcast tab you can sent messages to all signed up participants.
